I contacted Customer Service in chat 5 days in and the agent stated they were submitting a ticket. I called in today, the said no ticket was submitted. The site says the package takes 2-5 days to get to the shipper (USPS). In this case all 6 items/outfits for the holiday/vacation have been sitting in their shipping facility for 8.5 days at the time of this post. Called their customer service, was told the ticket wasn't submitted and they would send a ticket to the department that will check with the facility that has my package and will have them locate it. WTF is locating it gonna do. She couldn't guarantee that it would be sent within any period of time. I told them the facility is at is 45 min away from the shipper. The facility is located in a small town that has a USPS there. WHY IS IT SITTING FOR 8.5 days at the same place? GIVE IT TO USPS Already and let the items get to the address in time. Their customer service lied first try, their 2nd customer service agent wasn't giving me any kind of confidence that this issue would be resolved. Gave the excuse that it's the holidays. It's been sitting since the 7th! The 25th is the Holiday. There's no excuse it should sit maybe 1 mile away from the post office for 8.5 days. & for the package being late, they give you a $5 store credit. WHY THE FK WOULD I WANT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN?

Tip for consumers:
DON'T Unless you can wait for ever and have the patience of a turtle. Don't expect that they will get the package out to the shipper within 2-5 days... I'm going on 9 from where it's sitting and 11 days from time of order!

Products used:
Haven't yet been able to use any of the products. Items have been sitting WAITING for 8.5 days with no movement in Franklin Park IL, 45 min away from the delivery location, under 2 miles from the USPS who can get the package out to the recipient. Lied to by first agent shown in screen shot, no ticket was submitted per 2nd agent I spoke to on the phone. NOTHING but, we will have them locate the package is all I heard. We cannot guarantee when your package will be at USPS/or to residence.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TINYDEAL.COM! UPDATE! 11-4-2014 I have been getting delays and what seems to be the run around. I again proved the unit fails. I have to keep chasing the agent around for replies to my emails to them. I get excuses for delays. This last one included a headache. Seriously! I'm being delayed over excuses. Now they want to an "objective and comprehensive review"! What? What is left to review? You sent a failing defective item... Send me a return shipping label and give me a full refund! What the heck is there to review? They are simply trying to screw me over! Again... DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! The headache they give you for defective items they ship and not honoring an agreement to send what I paid for, denying return shipping labels is just bull feces!

I recently purchased a P98 Air (NEW) for $220 US Dollars. Upon receipt of item I found the item was damaged and has hardware failure. I provided video documentation showing the hardware failure. The item doesn't work. I didn't agree to pay for a broken, damaged item. I agreed to buy a NEW working item.

After reporting the two hardware failures, the Customer Service Representative didn't even bother to watch the video proving the failure. She told me to Factory Restore it and other nonsense that can't in any way resolve the issue. I have gone back and forth about 10 times with this person who told me to PAY to return the item for REPAIR or REFUND!

The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Any returns policy that says I have to cover the cost of returning items must only relate to the situation where I change my mind about the item ordered and not where there is a problem with the item. I should not lose out financially as a result of your breach of contract and accordingly all costs of returning the item should be met by TinyDeal / Seller.

I am expected to pay $80 to return an item I didn't agree to buy in the first place. I am expected to pay for an item that was sent to me broken and damaged. (IT wasn't damaged in shipping, box in perfect condition)

CONSUMER RIGHTS / LAW Dictates: Goods you buy should always be in a satisfactory condition, defect free and fit for the purpose they were intended when you receive them. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you are entitled to return and get a refund if items do not meet the basic criteria.

I have 6 times requested the representative to escalate this issue to her supervisor/manager. Each time she refused telling me she is the handler of my case.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They have horrible customer service, they ignore documentation/proof, they do not honor the purchase agreement and Consumer Rights to receive goods in satisfactory condition free of defect expecting you to pay to return the damaged goods. This is not legal!

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not honor your purchase agreement. They will send defective goods and then tell you to pay to return it. Most consumers don't understand their rights to return without their expense of items that are not satisfactory. This company thrives off the consumers ignorance. After all who will pay $60-80 to return the damaged goods? They are preying on you, literally.

Please accept our apology again for our delay. It's not nice that we didn't help to solve your problem at the first place. But please try to understand that we got thousand packages and customers to deal with, so we're so sorry if it took longer than expected. But when we learned your situation, we decided to make you full refunded immediately, becasue we respect our every customer.
Please understand that we all want our every single package to be received in a good condiction and satisfacton, because we all know that it's the only way for us to win the second purchase from cutomers.
We're glad to hear your feedback actually, because you made us know that we still got problem with our QC progress. And we'll keep doing better and try to reduce the chance to receive a damaged product.
Actually, we didn't command you to change the review to 5 stars or something. Frankly, as a seller, we won't hate it if you do that for us. But what we need, is hope our customers can give more objective reviews for us. We understand that you're upset when you reveived the damaged product, and get pissed of when our customer service department gave you a hard time. Personally, I can understand your situation so well because I'm a consumer as well, I won't be happy that if my issues was solved 1 month after from purchasing. But when you're calm, we hope you to have a second thought about this, and understand what I said. Thanks.
