I ordered a Jacket and after 15 days when I didn't see any progress I logged a complain for the same with DressLily.The customer care responded saying I need to wait for another 15 days. When I tried to call the customer care number no one picked up.It is a worse experience for me. Please stay way from this.

We expedited the processing of the refund when the customer contacted us. It doesn't appear this was properly communicated to the customer.
