Do not buy your tickets from this company. They are totally unethical and their customer service is non-existent. I received zero communication from this company about my ticket purchase and had to hound them to get any information. They kept saying my email wasn't working, but it works just fine. Even sent them 2 different email addresses to use and still received nothing. I received a different excuse every I called. The date changed for the event and I only found out less than a week beforehand. Our travel plans could not be changed and they advised me to write an email requesting a refund. That same day they sent the tickets by courier. I called the next day and told me there is nothing they can do and no one ever told me to request a refund. So, they basically called me a liar - John Sabia was the supervisor that said this to me. They don't listen, they talk over you, they don't give a crap about you as a customer. I purchase tickets online for sporting and theatre tickets all the time and have never experienced anything like this. There are a lot of great companies out there to deal with, this is not one of them.

You forgot to inform your order number or the match/number/category of tickets you bought, I would be happy to check all details of your order before answering.
In any case, the confirmation email and all other emails we are sending are addressed to the email address provided by you while ordering. If any mistake on it, you just have to update it over the phone (7 days a week, working hours available on the http://www.footballticketnet.com/contact-us) or on the chat 24x7. Please kindly let me know your order number so I can find how you couldn’t managed to get hold of assistance even with all this availability, thanks.
You could even have checked your junk mail as quite often emails from new senders can be found there. Not being enough, with your email address and order number you would be able to access your account on our site (http://www.footballticketnet.com/customer-information) to check all information, edit part of the order details and also get confirmation downloaded directly to your computer.
Matches can move to different dates, the decision is taken by the organizers or clubs, not by us. This is why we are informing everywhere on the site about it. Not for nothing this is simply the first remark on the page of the match where you bought your tickets and also on the confirmation. There we write “ you are advised to check occasionally the correct date and time and make your personal arrangements for attending the match on the new date and time“ and also this “We are sorry but no refunds can be made for postponed matches - tickets will be valid to the new date and time.“.
