Maybe I'm spoiled by Amazon, but I ordered my contact lenses 10 days ago and I finally called to see where thy are. After being left on hold for 30 minutes the customer rep told me my contacts have not been shipped to warehouse yet. They should be at the warehouse in another 2 - 3 business days, then they will be shipped to me. This is unacceptable. I will not be using EZContacts again.
I wanted to love Warby Parker, but when my glasses finally arrived, it was the wrong frame. More waiting is in my future. Very disappointing.
