I ordered a dress close to 3 weeks before prom. I paid for expedited shipping as well. Lets say, according to the tracking information, my dress still hasn't been shipped and its been 15 days. I've tried contacting them in several ways from live chat, where they told me they were too busy, to direct messages, to emails, to phone calls to no avail. My $178 was taken from my account, and this has absolutely been an anxiety filled frustrating experience. Its all too late now. So unfortunately awful. I will be raising hell here soon if nothing is done. What a joke of customer service. WILL NEVER recommend this site, and it should be brought DOWN! I AM going to the BBB very soon.
