I received a call telling me that the distributor has not responded to their requests yet. Even though it has been 2 1/2 weeks since I ordered this, they don't know when it will be shipped and they have not charged my card yet, They are telling me I cannot cancel my order because it is processing! What kind of business has this kind of policy?
