While the quality of the products I ordered was not horrible, NOTHING fit! I too followed recommendations to order a size larger and everything was still too small. I tell everyone I can about how bad this site is!

We can’t search your order record by your name in our system, could you please provide us your registered E-mail or order No.? All our sizes are Asian size, it may be smaller than US size, and every product has a size guide in the website, like the length, bust, shoulder, waist, hip size and so on, just check the size details, that would be more correct. If you aren’t sure that, please contact our 7*24 hours customer service, or send E-mail to service@jollychic.com, we will give you some suggestions.
