The hostess was rude refuse to let us move our seat away from the kitchen. When I called the manager to complain all he did was say I'm sorry I'll speak to her. Didn't even offer to have us come back and have a free drink or something that would be customer service friendly. We went down the street to Bahama Breeze and had a wonderful lunch

Besides being cheaper than other dealers there was no pressure. Yes, from a car salesman! Everything was extremely smooth and was even offered a lower interest rate than originally thought. It was almost closing time and the service department was closed. Mitch our remarkable salesperson offered to drive 1/2 hr to our house the next day to drop the floor mats off

Buying from them might be great. Selling not so much. They send a postage paid bag for you to send your things in. That's good. I sent a few name brand items as a test. 2 items were cashmere sweaters with the original tags still on them. Bottom line they paid me 1.97
For the items. 2 new cashmere sweaters etc and I got 1.97.
