I checked that I could get a 20% discount and free shipping if I subscribed to their newsletter but could not get the discount and still had to pay for shipping.

Phone sales reps give false info to get you to purchase items, once paid for and delivered, item is nowhere near as marketed and only then do you learn that returns are not allowed. NEVER do business with this company!
