Stay away from these crooks! They take your money and run! I ordered my boots, and should have seen the red flag, when I first messaged them, with no response. Seven messages later, still no response, no boots. I cancelled my order, and guess what the boots appeared, and were a total wreck, I couldn't even get my foot through the ankle opening? I contacted my CC company, and they refunded my money, although we are still waiting for this corrupt company to challenge. Before buying any Uggs, go to their website and verify that the business is legal. Lesson learned, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

Definitely stay away! I ordered my boots 3 weeks ago, and they have yet to come. I have emailed them 6 times with no response! I called my bank, and reported them as a fraud, and they are going to cancel the payment. Fortunately I won't be out any money, but being scammed like this is painful, and I can't believe that these people make a business of cheating people. Note to self: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
