The folks at Nick Rinard Physical Therapy, I received treatments from Nick and Megan, were consistently friendly, professional and always teaching and showing me how I can help myself, not only while receiving treatments, but as I carry on with my life.

I had in many ways given in to my ongoing deterioration in strength, range-of-motion, pain and so on, especially at my age (Ive been able to hide my own Easter eggs for many years now).

Both Nick and Megan were so effective and encouraging in their therapy treatments as well as discussing how to achieve the most benefit from my homework in between treatments.

I remain so grateful for their sincere and dedicated efforts as I continue to be rewarded with strength and range-of-motion gain while my pain has significantly diminished (no more pain meds).

My experience while on Match.com was ok.

It may have been a bit too early for me with my wife having passed about a year and a half before at the time I first signed up.

My absolute rage was with the insipid and preposterous charging for an automatic renewal in excess of $125 when I had taken every step I could figure out to stop and withdraw and cease participation months before the initial 6 month experience ended.

When a called a couple of weeks later after observing the charge on my credit card, demanding to speak to a supervisor about getting my money back, I was informed that they would make sure my credit card wasn't charge for the next renewal cycle in 6 months.

Not good enough.

Is this really happening still today? What kind of moronic corporate thinking would contemplate charging and refusing to refund inappropriate or unauthorized charges for automated renewals?

Just on principal, Match.com is the worst of the worst corporate thinking. The one thing they have completely within their control is conducting business in an ethical and professional manner.
