I placed an order for a Carraba's gift card at a great price. Unfortunately, I didn't double check on the shipping address and had to call customer service for help. My representative was Yandy. She was efficient in correcting the problem in less than 5 minutes. Super nice, pleasant and polite. The perfect combination for someone in customer service.
