I ordered a remote for iPod. It arrived eventually. By then, I had found a better solution to my problem and now wish to return the remote device.
A) I could not find a return/refund policy anywhere on the website
B) They are not responding to my repeated requests for procedure to return this UNOPENED parcel.
Don't buy from them!
It is now two months since I returned the item and no refund!
