I hate it. I hate it. I hate it. Horrible taste. I received a box from my son and his girlfriend for "mother's day". I didn't like it from the beginning. They used my bank card and now I'm being charged for something that I don't like. It's impossible to cancel and the ones that had this bright idea (my son and his girlfriend) don't pay any attention to my requests. I will file a complaint with the BBB. This is a SCAM!

If you know the log in information for the account, you can find the option to cancel your order by logging in and visiting the deliveries page here - www.graze.com/uk/deliveries

However if you're not sure of the log in information, try popping our customer services team an email instead, including the delivery postcode. They should be able to use this to find your account right away, and can cancel the order for you :) You can email the team with hello@graze.com.
