Banggood delay tactic and sending you faulty goods or even fake products. This makes me really sad as I thought I found an online shop better than EBay but how wrong am I.
I was sent a faulty mi tv box from banggood after waiting for more than a month nevertheless after go though their you have to send them video of proof. They finally agreed to replace the faulty product. Month later still nothing! No replacement and no refund!?
I be contacting Xiaomi to check if the faulty Mi tv box they sent me is real or fake make in Malaysia.
Banggood customer care is rubbish and keeps on sending excuses one after another.

I will be out of the country on holiday by 30th of this month and will not be back in 2 months time.
I need you guys to send it express so I can get it before I leave otherwise there will be no one here to collect it!
This is no fault of mine and it has cause me stress and inconvenience. I am still waiting for my other order to arrive *******. I am a very unhappy stress customer, I need you to ask your manager to look into this matter for me. I was hoping to order more stuff from bangggod but now I am scare to not with all this troubles has cause.

I like to raise a full complaint to your manager. Please ask them to get in touch with me but in the mean time I want a full refund!

I had enough of your excuses!

I told Chris Yip way back that I be out of the country by the end of the month and he assure me that the replacement would arrive before then. I wrote two extra emails to chase the replacement.

Stop writing excuses and give me my money back now!

What kind of service are you running here giving banggood and china a bad name!

I will look for you when I get to causeway bay (HK) then you will meet me in person. Thats where Im going.

I am a very angry annoy customer because of your lack of customer care!

I dont care about your backlog that is another lame excuses they teach you to lie to your customer.

The faulty product is not my fault and waiting in delay is annoying. You guys should have sent it express but I guess you didnt trying to save your money and sent normal post! Express post could have got to me in less than a week!

What is the shipping tracking number then you did not even send me that?

Stop lying Crystal and refund my money now!

And get your manager to contact me ok UNDERSTAND?
