My complaint is the same as the others. Paid using Paypal in April 2011 and still no replacement canopy shipped and they don't answer the phone or emails.

M R. I just ordered, before I saw this site. Something did not sound ok.. when they sent me my log in info.. and when I tried it.. it said license expired. then I called and reached an answering machine that was full.
Called my credit card... and explained.. they can't stop the payment.. but we have 80 days to place a complaint if we do not receive the merchandise... she said to wait a bit, and place a complaint.. so be vigilant about the date.
