Bought bridesmaids dress and what I got was not want I ordered. Wrong color wring sizes and wrong style! Nit like the photo. After I contacted them about the issue they offered me a refund only if I changed by review and when I did change it they lock me out of sending reviews! After they agreed to gibe me my $278 back I no linger heard from them. I contacted the seller and he would tell me different stories his boss is not there his boss is in France that he forgot all this $#*! and until this day 9 months now I have not gotten my dam refund. I had to take my dresses to another seamstress and pay another $300 to have them fix dhgate sellers mistake! Even the customer service sucks they keep playing games with you saying they will help and dont!

"I agree to refund you the amount of $*****"
So that way we can see the amount we will process for your refund. If the seller will leave you a message like that please then contact us immediately and notify us so we could start the refund for this order.
