“Disappointing”

I sent in a bag of clothing with brands like Gap, BCBG, Mini Boden etc. They decided to only keep 3 items that were brand new with tags on. Those items were worth around $150 and after deducting my return fee for items they did not keep, I earned $3!
I do not recommend them at all!
