*******@gmail.com why costumer service do not know more information about seller? For 2 months they sending emails to seller, but he is ignoring them. Really, they have only sellers email? Who has got all information about seller?

Tip for consumers:
Here we are, Aliexpress send me email: (I am so sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with this item, our Aliexpress contacted seller many times, but didn't get reply,and we notice that the seller's store has closed already.)
Isn´t this shame? Big company as is Aliexpress is without any information about sellers who are cheating people under aliexpress trade mark?
