THE worst online experience I have EVER had! The delivery came 2 days later than expected and the fabric smelled like petroleum or tar. The clothing was not the correct size based upon their charts; the size of the arms are meant for a very petite person or a child not an adult. One of the items (a dress) came without half of the fabric. I mean the back and sides of the skirt were simply missing and it actually looked like the fabric was ripped. I reached out to the customer service RIGHT away. It took them a long time to reply and when they did they told me "we are sorry for that and you can return it back. But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensation in your user center, you can use it next time. Pls advise." Turns out they deduct 40% for shipping to you and 40% back from you so you would only get a 20% refund if needed, and can only be done within 3 business days from receipt.
I offered these clothes (non ripped ones) to several friends none of them could fit nor wanted these clothes. Not only will I not sell these clothes - I will not even donate them - that is how little I think of this company. Beware cute pics great prices - bad company.
