Yea, I placed an order on Aug 7th and I still don't get my order. I don't have confirmation or tracking number, no phone number or email to contact, but they already deducted from my account. How do I contact someone at this terrible company? No confirmation or ID number sent to me and I cannot access to my account that I signed up with them. I think those who rated this company 5 stars are their people. This company should rate below Zero star, it's a terrible company, it's a scam.
