Update: Day three and still can't get any customer service. To get a live person on the phone means sitting on hold forever, they don't respond to emails, and the chat bot is a total waste of time.
They are still telling me my address isn't the correct address!
If I could give them -5 stars, I would!

I tried to get a package redelivered. They won't let me sign the pink notice as I have always done. I found this out after spending half an hour on their automated phone system that can't understand anything I say, and just keeps sending me around in circles, and after going on the website for 15 minutes, where it says that the address where they hung the pink notice on the door isn't the correct address, even though it automatically put the number in the box when I entered my address! I finally told them to send the freaking package back and explain it to the seller why they have to refund my money!

It is not hard to tell that Kroger owns Smith's now. The prices are high, the selection is dropping, even if the item sells great and has not been discontinued, and they now charge me 50 cents to get a twenty back on my debit card after buying 100 dollars in groceries! It isn't a separate transaction, I paid with my debit card. Sad!

Trying to leave a comment or reply is an exercise in aggravation, but it doesn't seem to apply equally to all commentors.
Trolls can't leave a snotty reply to something I've written, but I can't respond to it, no matter how measured and benign. I finally tried responding with the word "but" by itself, and it blocked it!
I finally get frustrated enough that I want to respond with profanity to MSN!

I was looking at two colors of flooring. Three hours after ordering, on a Sunday no less, I was showing my friend when I realized that I ordered the color that was my second choice.
I called to try to fix it but apparently they rushed my order out the second they received it, and I have to go through major hassles ro switch it, and delay things by weeks to get my first choice.
It is like being forced to stick with a mistake if tou want to get your floor done anytime in the near future.
Not very customer friendly! People do make mistakes. Now I will always be just that much unhappy about my floor because I couldnt switch to my first choice if I wanted to get my floor finished.
I start wondering if Lowe's is as difficult to work with.

I ordered a size 2X shirt for $17.49+$4.00 SH. When I got the shirt the label said 2X - 26W-28W. I have been buying size 2X for years. It has never equated with 26W-28W.
I looked at it and knew it was way too big. I put it back in the envelope and sent it back with the return label that was enclosed.
Fullbeauty got the shirt back and refunded me $9.99. That means they kept more than 50% of my money.
I filed a complaint. They called and told me that it says on the return label that it costs $7.50 to use it! If I had seen anything like that on there you can believe I would have been calling, if for no other reason than to tell them how ridiculous it is to charge almost twice as much for someone to use a return label as what they paid to ship it in the first place.
Someone called and said they would refund the $7.50 after some discussion. (I would still be eating the $4 myself.)
They then sent a response to BBB explaining how reasonable and magnanimous they were being even though I am apparently so stupid I don't know what size I have been wearing for about the last decade.
The BBB asked if this response was acceptable. Not really! But I would have said yes if they had actually refunded the $7.50! HASN'T HAPPENED.
I am out $11.49 and have nothing in return but anger and aggravation.

I really wanted the frames I wanted. I got them from AtoZeyewear and that is more than I can say for the other two websites I tried. One of those sites refused to refund the charge to my card and I am still waiting on the 60 day response time to expire on the dispute I filed!
So while I did not get my frames overnight, AtoZ refunded the overnight shipping charge and I did get my frames within a couple of weeks.
I appreciate my new frames all the more because of all the aggravation I had to go through to get them. I give AtoZ a thumbs up for that.

I didn't get my frames but I did get my refund right away. I ordered a pair of frames from glassesdestination.com. The order said "preparation in progress" after a week, so I contacted them asking why this was the status when the site said in stock. I didn't get an answer the first two times. Then they said that the one pair of frames they had were damaged and they had sent for another pair. Perhaps if they had responded to the first email I would have waited.
Regretfully for them, it took me three times to get a response, and after going through a bad time with another site and reading reviews by people who had gotten this response and then never heard from someone again, I asked for them to cancel the order for these reasons.
I was very happy to see that my refund came through right away since this is not the same that can be said for the other site.

Do not order from Opticstyles.com, iloveglasses.com, popular optics, inc. or any website doing business out of the Maildrop store at 1204 U Ave. In Brooklyn NY.
They are all the same person. Ther are so many names saying that they own this site probably none of them are real. There is an Alex Milkin that lives close to the Maildrop store so that may be the real one but who knows!
What I do know is that if they get your money and don't have the frames they claim that they do, you will go through a huge hassle and still they won't refund the charge to your card. Take your money to eBay and buy frames. At least you are protected from scam artists like this one.

People Smart charged me $29.95 for a one time report! When I opened it there was zero results under every tab.

They didn't even have as much info as I found by myself on the internet! They didn't have ANYTHING in there!

They charged me $30 for absolutely nothing!

Use Google or Bing. You will get more information and it is free.

I am not an employee, I have much better than a fifth grade education, my "Engrish" is just fine, and I was very happy with my glasses.
I wanted designer frames for less than $400 and NYCOptics had the best price I found on the frames.
I wanted the thinnest lenses so that my pretty designer frames would not slide down my nose due to my strong prescription.
They were not inexpensive but they were exactly what I wanted, and they were less expensive than the other sites carrying the exact frame I wanted.
The prescription is right on.
Some people may be unhappy with their experience but they should not accuse everyone who is happy about theirs of being liars.

I read the article, I read the comments, and I decided to add my comment. It asked me to sign up to leave a comment. I did! It gave me a box to write my comment in. I did!

After I spent 15 minutes thinking and typing, I hit the "Say It" button at the bottom. It told me "Sorry this article is closed to comments." and my comment disappeared. I couldn't even copy it to put somewhere else after all the work and thought I put into it. It was just gone!

Thanks About.com for wasting my time. Why didn't you just put a notice that no comments were allowed on that article any longer! Since comments were allowed just recently, my mind reading abilities failed to detect that the box for comments was just for looks.
