The snacks were ok, but they use way too much sugar in their snacks for it to be considered healthy. The portions are way too small for what they charge and they make it impossible to cancel. How hard would it be to have a cancel button or phone number, instead you have to email and hope they respond. Are you kidding me? They have a complex interface to select snacks, yet you can't cancel online. Buyer beware. The whole business model seems a bit predatory.

Hi Lori,

My name is Amy and I work for graze.com. I’m really sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your snacks as much as we would hope, and that you had difficulty cancelling your order also.

We don’t have telephone service at graze, but we have a dedicated and lovely email customer service team, who can therefore focus on getting back to customers’ emails as quickly as possible. We endeavour to respond to all our customers within 24hours.

It’s also possible to cancel your order yourself online, of course. This is an option found in the “more options” menu on your deliveries page. You can find illustrated instructions for the process here, in our FAQs:

www.graze.com/uk/help/faqs

I hope this helps:)

In response to your concerns about the sugar in our range, as we have such a wide range of snacks, there are some more treaty nibbles in amongst our more natural ones. However, I’d like to make sure you’re aware that getting these snacks is completely optional - you can bin any or all of our snacks that you don’t feel would be suitable for you, or that wouldn’t be something you’d enjoy.

For example if you don't want to receive any snacks with added sugar you can search for it using the link below and choose to "bin" the snacks found:

www.graze.com/uk/search

To make sure you receive only our healthiest, most nutrient-dense nibbles, you could also try switching to our “boost box”.

If you’re on our boost box you’ll receive our nuts, our bean based crackers, seeds and all of our dried fruit and nut mixes. We won’t send any chocolatey nibbles or any of our baked treats in boost boxes. You can check out which foods fall into our boost box plan here:

www.graze.com/uk/products/boost

Again, you can then 'bin' any mixes that you don’t think will fit in with your dietary requirements, to personalise this range even further to your needs and preferences. You can change the type of box you’re getting using options on your deliveries page, if this could be your cup of tea:)

It’s also important to bear in mind that a great many of our snacks will have the appearance of a high sugar level due to naturally occurring sugars, as much of our range contains dried fruits – but, just the same, you’re welcome to “bin” these if they aren’t the type of snack you’d like:)

This all being said, we're always looking to take on board the feedback of our grazers in terms of the snacks and ingredients they would and wouldn’t like to see, and we use this to constantly review and update our range - so I'll make sure to pass on your comments to the rest of the team here too.

I hope this is a little bit reassuring! However if there was anything about your situation which you’d like help with in any way, or even if you’d just like to carry on this chat about our snacks a little bit further, please do pop us an email:)

All the best,

Amy
