I have ordered quite a few things for Christmas through Zulily this year and have been very pleased with the quality and prices. The only problem I've had is the shipping times. It does take a long time for some items to ship so you can't order anything if you need it soon. Some things have arrived in a week or less, some I'm still waiting for and its 12/21/15. As far as quality, the items are all very well made and true to size. Unlike some other sites I have dealt with this year, you can easily check what your item status and location is at any time. They cancelled 2 of my items because they felt they didn't stand up to their quality standards once they arrived at Zulily and gave me store credit in addition to refunding the cost to make it up to me. So order early and know that when the items arrive they will be worth the wait

I ordered several toys for my great niece for Christmas thru Walmarts site. They wouldn't deliver to my closest Walmart for some unknown reason so I had it delivered to the next closest one. One item was in stock and available immediatley, the rest had to come from the warehouse which took about a week. They kept sending me notices that the first item needed to be picked up. I called and checked to be sure they would hold it until all items came in and I was assured they would. When everything came in, my son in law picked it up. When he got it home, the warehouse shipped items were there but the in stock item wasn't. It turns out that even though all the items were ordered together, Walmart broke the order up into 3 invoices and no one at the pick up site caught it. Before I could call Walmart the next day, I got an email stating they had cancelled the order due to non pick up. I ended up ordering the toy through Amazon and it was delivered to my door. I won't be using Walmart online again.

I have been an Amazon shopper for years now. They consistently offer great prices, quality products, superior delivery and consistently above expected customer service. Just recently, I received 2 iPhone cases that are the wrong size through an error on my part. I emailed the seller explaining the situation and they replied the very next day. Not only are they sending me the correct size, but told me not to worry about returning the wrong sized ones. This is especially nice as the seller is from China so I would have had to deal with international shipping issues. This is just one of the many, many positive experiences I have had with Amazon. I highly RECCOMEND you give them a try if you haven't allready.

So I just got an email from Open Sky stating they have issued me a refund for the fitness bands I purchased and that they will be "taking measures" against sellers that do not ship promptly. I just checked my credit card and there is no refund from them, the phone call I got Monday of this week from a customer service rep stated that the bands would be here by Wednesday of this week or Friday at the latest. Apparently no one there knows what is happening either. What a nightmare! They have left me in a bad spot as these were Christmas gifts. Oh, and just to make it even more of a pain, I just reviewed the email and it could take up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected on my card. Funny, they could take the money off right away, but giving it back will take 2-5 business days? "Im sorry" doesn't cut it at this point Open Sky!
