My landlord paid to put a new ac unit in on 8/7/2014. 3weeks later we were without ac in florida for 4 days they came to fix it only for 3 days later it broke again so they came back out for it to only work for another week as of now we have been without ac for a day now and they hope to have the part in by noon tomorrow but dont know. They dont give you a time when they will be out and if they even show up at all.The Manager doesnt call you back and they havent even offered us anything but an Im sorry mean while I have to miss work to see if they show.My electric bill is really high and Me, my husband and two kids have to sit in the heat till they fix it. I would not recomend this company for one.
