“Ordered a pair of non returnable boots from Gilt”

Ordered a pair of non returnable boots from Gilt. They listed 9.5 but they were European sized 39.5 which wasn't disclosed. I am a 9 and couldn't get my foot into them. My friend and 8-8.5 couldn't either. And these are non returnable?!? Rip off!

Tip for consumers:
Don"t buy footwear that's non returnable and check to see if they are really European sized and calculated to US size correctly. Someone didn't calculate the size correctly!!!!
