I don't even know where to start. Free shipping but make you pay for your own tracking and insurance. Claim they ship out your order, but its all lies. I ordered a dress to wear for Xmas. The tracking I paid for never worked. I contacted the shipping company they use to figure out why I couldn't track my package. They let me know its because they haven't received it yet. Been 23 days now and they still haven't received the package... Even funnier, I live in the same country that its being sent from, yet I still need to give them 25 days before I receive my item. Completely preposterous! The representatives that reply to your emails are as useless as the tracking number you get that doesn't work. They only answer half of your questions. I wish I would have read reviews about this dump before wasting time, money, and sanity on it.
