I supposed to go on trip & all my hotel bookings booked with Agoda when all of a sudden my Doctor called me due to my report stated I got breast cancer & need to go on urgent operation. I called Agoda to cancel my bookings although it was written there is no reimbursement for not showing up due to hotel policy. To my suprised, Agoda Management willing to absorb and return me the payment in showing their goodwill and help me eased my burden in a difficult situation.
