I punched online for the and they have been taking 50 dollars every month off my credit card for SIX F*CKING MONTHES! I trusted them with my credit card information and they proved me why I'll never purchase online again. This company shouldn't exist.

It appears that with your first order you chose the VIP membership option. The membership is one of two payment options (the other is Pay as You Go - our one-time purchase option) you select during checkout with your first order. Members are not obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and decide to either shop or skip that month.
If you do not take action between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card. This amount turns to store credit you can use at any time within 12 months! We send reminder emails, but also offer a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy for your convenience, here: http://askadoreme.com/
In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit beyond 30 days, you must send an email to our claims department at claims@adoreme.com explaining the case and why you were not to request a refund within our 30 day limit.
