I ve been waiting for this dress since sept 11th. THey say they will refund me the credit but I never received it? Where did they refund it to? I have been waiting for 16 days! I've asked, issued ticket? What happened? NOthing. THeir guaranteed to reply within 24 hrs is a total scam. I ve been waiting for their reply for a week and I still heard absolutely nothing! This is terrible! What happened to customer service?! I've never written a negative review and this is the first!
