I ordered a dress that was about $40. Weeks went by, and it never shipped. I emailed Zulily, and they told me that there was an error, and I would have it soon. Two weeks later I get an email saying that they no longer have the dress in stock, and they would refund the money but not the shipping, even though they never shipped anything. I never got a refund for it, so I disputed the charge through Paypal, and they denied it saying that Zulily sent them confirmation that the item sent. I told them I had an email proving it didn't, and they basically said too bad. So now I'm out $40 and no dress! I'm not sure how this is even legal.
