So I sent a full bag of clothing all either new with tag or new without tag as a test of their fairness as I have read various reviews. After the one month it took them to process the bag, yes one month, I received an email stating they had accepted only 8 items, I sent over 40 items and that my purchase price from them was $11.95!
Do not sell your items to them... you would do better supporting a local consignment shop or your own yard sale of just donate them to a shelter for the homeless or battered women, you'll feel better than you will when ThredUp insults you with their value if your items.
Remember that everything I sent was new or almost new... unbelievable.
