I totally agree that this is the biggest rip off ever. My clothes had the tags on them still yet almost everything said "minor imperfections". This was House of Black and White, Cold water Creek, etc... brand new with tags yet they sold this stuff for virtually nothing and gave me literally a few dollars for what was for sure at least $1,000 worth of clothes. I got $37. Never Ever Again! I gave one star because they do get the bag to you fast but now I know why.
