OK for the most part. I've been using them for over 5 years for auctions on eBay with no issue.
Never had a problem and had a lot of great deals over the years. Some people have commented on issues with PayPal but I guess I've been lucky.
For a background check/certification company they seemed OK, but I couldn't use my bank card to pay for some reason; ended up having to use a credit card for payment after several failed attempts.
