I placed an order October 3rd it's November 1st and I still haven't got it cannot contact customer service money has been taken from my PayPal account and when you check on the order on the mini in the box website it doesn't show that I've ever ordered anything I have a confirmation of my order I have the history on my paypal showing where the money was taken but still no package and no response from customer service once I finally was able to contact them

Sorry for the late reply. Your package was shipped on 6th October. If you choose free super saver shipping, it may take 10-20 BUSINESS days which means it can take up to 40 days to deliver. It will be delivered soon.
