I ordered a taupe color resin coffee table on June 3rd, 2022. I called company before ordering because the title says "Retangular Coffee Table Taupe" but in description color is grey and the picture showing is a taupe color resin coffee table. Customer Service confirmed the table is same color as shown in picture. I received coffee table on June 13th, 2022 in Dove Grey. Contacted Customer Service on June 13th, 2022 by email and I was given a option to keep table at a discount price or return for the correct color. I chose to return for correct color. Company ( Customer Service) keeps telling me they are waiting to hear from Warehouse when correct color table will be shipped and as of yet which is June 15th, 2022 I have not received a return paid postage label or a response when the right color of table will be shipped. I feel the company is buying time so the return deadline will pass and I will be stuck with this table. Customer Service is awful! I highly recommend not to purchase from this company and read all the negative reviews on BBB against this company.
Update: Not only was the table not the color that is described on sellers page it also only weighs 13 pounds in box. That right there is a very light thin plastic table. Definitely not worth the asking price. After many e-mails back and forth with a lot of aggravation and stress, the company finally sent me a prepaid shipping label for the return shipping of table. I just got a email my refund is being processed. The company will not reimburse you until they have the item purchased back into their possession. I will never order from this company again! I hope my review and comment helps with your decision on ordering from this company.

None sent me wrong color resin coffee table. Still in plastic and shipped back with prepaid shipping label. Refund has been processed.

I order a lot and have gotten 95% of good products. If a product does not show up and seller does not work with you by refunding then eBay will step in after a waiting period and refund your money.

I purchased almost 200 worth of products. I hit the Spring/Summer Clearance. Only thing wrong was order decals for a mirror with clock and did not work. I called them and they are sending me a replacement not having to send the other one back.

I have used Wal-Mart online shopping several times. Products always came on time by UPS when shipped to my home and within a few days if shipped to store. Merchandise has been as described online and pictures/descriptions are accurate. The only thing I don't like is their extended warranty Program. The insurance program does not give you return merchandise cost back onto your debit or credit card if you do not want a replacement product. They send you a e-mail with the refund amount you can print out and use at a Wal-Mart store or enclose the series of numbers in the section at checkout online which will be deducted from your total amount of purchase. I feel whatever you use to pay for merchandise it should be refunded back that way if you choose not to be forced to spend it at Wal-Mart again if you choose to want to spend it else where.

Sammydress.com thrives on getting good reviews. If you leave them a good review they will work with you if you have an issue but you have to be patient with them and treat them with respect. What I found dealing with Chinese sellers even on ebay they thrive on good reviews. If you give them a bad review in most cases they will work with you to get a good review but to make it much easier on you is to start of giving them a good review then complain. If they do not want to resolve their issues let then know that you can remove the good review as fast as you gave it to them. In my case that worked and I got my replacement product sent on their expense plus got to keep the product that was not described or picture showing even close to the product I ordered. (Gave it to my best friend)

Tip for consumers:
If you are not in a hurry for your merchandise than do not pay for the shipping however it will be like a month before you get it but if you want your shipping less than a week than pay the Expedited Shipping it's worth it and it's only like 7.00.
