Horrible rip off! I ordered 2 items in October 2014, then finally in December I wrote and asked where in the world was my order. They replied that they ran out of one item and would refund that price and send the other item right away. Never came and no refunds, then I wrote again and they said my order had been cancelled. And NO I never received a refund. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

We processed the refund for this order on 12/07. It should show up on the customer's credit card account within the next few business days. We expedited the processing of the refund when the customer contacted us. It doesn't appear this was properly communicated to the customer. We will contact them again to assure him the refund has been processed and apologize for the miscommunication.
