I can't really complain about their prices; however their shipping is awful slow. I used to receive my orders within 2-3 days. They have recently changed to DHL shipping, and it now takes almost 10 days for an order to arrive.

Hi Lisa,

We tried out a new shipping service recently as our volume increased. Unfortunately, the results were not so great (as you can see!) so we'll be going back to how things were before.
