“This site seems to be a load of crap”

This site seems to be a load of crap. I ordered some clothes and shoes. It said my merchandise would arrive by Friday. Today is Sunday and I have a party to attend. No shipping company can track the order #. I've messages them 3 times and still no tey. The number they provide on this site does not work. I would not recommend it! Complaint.com had over 238 customer complaints. Everything the customers said is not being experienced through me. This is terrible. My items may never come. What site doesn't allow you to actually speak with an actual person. Terrible!

BTW, on our website, we never mentioned that we can ensure the accurate shipping time as the real shipping time may be affected by bad weather or customs clearance, it’s outside of our control after your order is shipped out by shipping company. Sincerely hope you can understand that we can only provide the estimated shipping time:
Except for processing time, the expedited shipping time is 3-7 business days and the flat rate shipping is about 10-25 business days.
