I just tried 4-5 times to order some things from this company. The site was totally messed up both last night and then again this morning. When I called to place the order, half of my items disappeared out of my cart. I asked for free shipping because not only did I deserve something extra for the hours I wasted, but I was going to have to place 2 orders since I couldn't seem to get all the items in the same order. The first woman was very nice but then passed me to Nita. She denied that there was anything wrong (I am a liar?)and said she couldn't put two discounts together. She wasn't apologetic and just denied anything was happening, although I have a brand new computer and I told her it was NOT my computer. I thought I liked this company, but never again. When I looked on Facebook, there were others saying the same thing. They need to train Nita better and keep track of what people are saying on the social media instead of just flexing verbal muscles and calling me a liar. They need to make concessions when people have spent so much time trying to spend money on their site. I have never had such terrible customer service from any company. Nita may feel that she deserves a feather in her cap for stopping anyone from giving me an extra $17, but I do wonder if the people at the top realize that a small concession could have given them a customer that would have spent far more than the $17.
