Staff hosted and enormous pool party just below our balcony and only window.
I have shopped this site years before the Nordstrom take over. The service and merchandise has dropped severely. I actually receive 1 correct order out of 5. The customer service reps are so sweet that it is annoying because you know they aren't able to do much more than answer the phone. I have yelled screamed and cried dealing with the many errors. It is like dealing with a bunch of 11th graders. They think they know everything... NOT! They won't listen to you but continue to take your mom. This is beyond frustrating. The subscription is bogus. They charge you $50 a month just to still have to pay the "membership"...
I pay every month and when I used the app and buy some shoes they never arrive or gime my money back
