I placed an order on January 28th, and they processed it out of my account fairly quickly. I got an e-mail confirming my order, said they would e-mail me back my shipping number and that it should take a couple days. It's been two weeks, and there is still no shipping number. I contacted customer service three times through e-mail and none of them were replied. I am very disappointed, I love using Wanelo and this is my first time purchasing from the site. If this is what I have to deal with every order I make, I'll stick to reblogging instead.

Hi Linda! I am sorry this happened! Email confirmations are a system generated message so it’s possible a shipping confirmation email may have gone through to your Spam folder. I’m also thinking that with the Chinese New Year celebrations in the past two weeks, your order may have been affected if the store you purchased from is on holiday.
