I ordered 3 bras at same time. All 3 came in separate wasteful separate packaging over packaging rather in one box. Horrible environmental waste
Company refused to allow me to return one bra with a poor fit due to "intimate" nature of item. Seriously? A bra is no more intimate than a t shirt with regards to a person trying it on. They seem to mistake a bra with a panty
Will never shop with this company again

“I had a bad experience with that 'intimate apparel' trick, and yes they get people real good with that! They do it with other things: some infant clothes, swimwear, leggings, That's not right!”
