I ordered a pair of jeans on 9/7/20 and it has been 10 days now and they keep sending me an email that shipment is delayed. I did more research and they were having shipment problems way back in 2018 and are now using Covid19 as an excuse. I ordered clothes from unknown websites during pandemic and received them in couple of days, for a billion dollar company unable to deliver on time to customers is poor business. I wish I read the reviews before ordering anything from groupon. I ordered a duvet cover set in beginning of December it was supposed to be a Christmas present. It has now been 3 weeks and when I go to UPS website with the tracking number they provided me it says label created waiting for package to be received. It still hasn't been shipped! They have falsely sent me an email saying it shipped 2 weeks ago.
