Initially, we were very happy with VRBO.com. Then they changed when all the money started rolling in - the website does not work, freezes or just goes down for no reason. Customer service does not exist with them. The reps do not answer questions or help when you have issues with the site. What happened to them! Famous last words "WE ARE FIXING IT".
