1) still waiting (day 3) for a response from a customer service emailed question- they promise to get back to you within 24 hours.
2) signed up for vip specifically to be able to easier exchange/refund tickets- had to cancel 1 ticket, and was told that they could cancel the entire transaction, but not 1 ticket, an NO, i could not get a refund for the whole transaction, only a fandango credit. They said i could get a refund from the theater (hmm, my credit card was charged by fandango--why would a theater give me money back?)
3) the estimated 20 minute wait for CS chat, was closer to an hour, and while they show you what number in line you are, the number would sometime go UP! Going from 19th in line to 20th in line, then back and forth.
4) frustrated because i really don't want to do any more business with them, but and forced to hold a 'credit' that i'm afraid they won't honor.
