I am writing this in hopes to get there attention as they are not responding to the emails. First thier customer support sucks since they have web chat for purchases that are gonna be made and an email for already made purchases. Which is $#*!ed and backwards. Second the item i bought has a note for "ships in 24 hours" however my account says its still "processing". Ithird i payed for expedited shipping for a reason and whith that phone for a reason i want it in my hands ASAP not well past the quoted time. Also, Get a fing toll free number so customers like us can get a hod of you without having to pay any more money. Anyway ive never been made at any other company before ill stick with my overpriced phone from a company i trust. That actully has decent reviews from the BBB.
