We tried the site first without sponsoring but after a few weeks we decided to sponsor. For the level of sponsorship we chose, we are getting maybe twice as many applicants as before. Only some of the applicants show as a Match on Indeed -- the matching does seem pretty good. However, many of the applicants have not read the job posting carefully and we can't even consider them. This is not the fault of the website, but it has reduced the effectiveness of the job posting.
