Ordered two dresses at the beginning of September. Contacted them to find out why my dresses were still processing a week later. Was told they were out of stock till October. Asked them why i hadnt been told about this delay and that i wanted a refund. Didn't hear back from them for three days. They finally responded back with another excuse about moving to a bigger warehouse. Horrible service, excuses and not honoring their shipping guidelibes. Contacting paypal to get my money back. Bought similar items from wish.com and had them in two weeks with free shipping. Won't be using rosegal ever again beware.
