I placed an order (which was confirmed) on 19 January. It is now 30 March and still nothing has been received by me. I have contacted Rosewholesale 3 times and was given a tracking number (which does not work) an explanation that public holidays affect delivery - but REALLY 2 months! This is ridiculous - What has happened to my order?

The address was correct and no attempted delivery was confirmed with a calling card. I have requested my money refunded including postage (which was half of the value of the goods ordered). We shall see!

We have checked it for you and it seems that the shipping compoany failed to send the package as there was no one at home or there was something wrong with the shipping address.
